\"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a>Hydroelectric power station: A scientific trip 2019<\/p>\n

\n

On the 2nd of April 2019, the Physics Department, Faculty of Education organised a scientific trip to the Dukan dum, Kurdistan region, Iraq. The aim of the trip was to incorporate students with the concepts of clean power production. Students got the chance to visit Dukan hydroelectric station. Students were guided by a qualified engineer along with the Physics Department staff. The involved staff explained and covered the points and steps involved in hydroelectric power production, questions were also aroused by the students and discussed. The intended goals of the trip were successfully justified and achieved. The Physics Department highly appreciate all the efforts have done to make this trip succeed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
