The Career Development Center (CDC), under the supervision of the Dean of Students and in collaboration with the faculties of Tishk International University (TIU), successfully organized the TIU Genius Competition, a scientific and general knowledge challenge conducted through the Kahoot interactive platform.
The competition was held on February 10, 2025, at 03:00 PM in Ibn Sina Hall, 3rd Floor, New Dentistry Building. The event brought together students from different faculties to compete in an engaging and intellectually stimulating environment that tested their knowledge, speed, and analytical skills.
At the faculty level, two students from the Anesthesia Department achieved outstanding results. Shan Saywan secured 3rd place, while Huda Baiz earned 4th place, reflecting their academic excellence and strong competitive spirit.
In recognition of their achievement, the students were awarded and appreciated by Prof. Dr. Faiq Hussien, Dean of the Applied Science Faculty, along with the Coordinator of the Anesthesia Department, Mr. Kovan Dilawer, The recognition ceremony emphasized the faculty’s commitment to encouraging student participation in extracurricular academic activities and fostering a culture of excellence.
The TIU Genius Competition represents a valuable initiative that promotes knowledge sharing, academic engagement, and healthy competition among students across the university.
