As part of the practical session of the Biophysics course (Physics of Physiotherapy Lecture), students visited the Physiotherapy Clinic on June 9, 2026. The educational visit was organized under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Fatheea Fatihalla and Ms. Zahra Mohammad to enhance students’ understanding of the physical principles applied in physiotherapy practice.

During the session, Ms. Bokan, physiotherapist staff in charge provided a comprehensive explanation of various physiotherapy instruments, medical devices, and treatment techniques commonly used in clinical settings. Students had the opportunity to observe the operation of these devices and learn about their applications in patient assessment and rehabilitation.

The practical session successfully bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and clinical practice, allowing students to gain valuable insights into the role of physics in physiotherapy. Through direct interaction with modern physiotherapy equipment and techniques, students acquired new and beneficial knowledge that enriched their understanding of the course material.

This educational activity reflects the Department’s commitment to providing high-quality, practice-oriented learning experiences that enrich students’ academic knowledge and prepare them for their future professional careers. The Department extends its sincere appreciation to the staff of the Physiotherapy Clinic, especially Ms. Bokan, for their valuable contribution to the success of this visit.
