Today, February 3, 2026, Hemin Ibrahim, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Department at Tishk International University (TIU), delivered the first day of a special training course titled “Introduction to Artificial Intelligence.”
This course is designed for the professors of the Faculty of Pharmacy. Our goal is to connect pharmaceutical education with modern technology. Hemin Ibrahim guided the session on how AI can support the field of pharmacy and healthcare. It was a productive day full of learning!

Academic Tools: Using AI as a “Lecturer’s Assistant” to create lesson plans, slide outlines, and summarize research papers.

Pharma Specifics: A critical look at AI hallucinations (such as fake drug interactions) and how to verify medical accuracy in clinical documents.

Content Creation: Generating practical case studies for “Patient Counseling” and drug interactions.
