Course Description
The Bachelor of Medical Technical Radiology (MTR) program is designed to prepare students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to work competently in medical imaging and radiological sciences. The programme integrates basic medical sciences, radiological physics, imaging technologies, patient care, radiation protection, and professional ethics. Throughout the program, students gain hands-on experience in diagnostic imaging techniques such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and other radiological procedures, supported by laboratory work and clinical training. Upon completion, graduates will be qualified to operate radiological equipment safely and effectively, assist in diagnosis, and contribute to healthcare teams in hospitals and medical imaging centers.
