On 14 August 2026, the Medical Technical Radiology Department at Tishk International University (TIU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Erbil International Hospital during MEDICO 2026, the first and largest international health exhibition in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq. The agreement represents an important step toward strengthening cooperation between academic and clinical institutions, creating new opportunities for clinical training, scientific activities, research collaboration, professional visits, academic exchange, and knowledge sharing in medical imaging and radiology. The MoU was signed under the leadership of Ms. Rawa K. Fattah, Head of the Medical Technical Radiology Department, reflecting the Department’s commitment to connecting academic education with real-world clinical practice and providing students with valuable opportunities to develop their practical skills, professional experience, and clinical knowledge. This partnership marks an important milestone for the Department, advancing radiology education, clinical practice, research, and professional development in the Kurdistan Region.
