On 11 February 2026, the Medical Technical Radiology Department at Tishk International University (TIU) organized an academic and practical visit to the Erbil Breast Centre as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening clinical education and enhancing students’ practical exposure.
The visit was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Abbas Haji Abbas and the Head of the Medical Technical Radiology Department, Ms. Rawa K. Fattah. During the visit, students were introduced to the practical section of breast imaging and diagnostic procedures, gaining valuable insight into real clinical workflows and professional practice.
This visit provided students with an important opportunity to bridge theoretical knowledge with hands-on clinical experience, enhancing their understanding of breast imaging techniques and patient-centred diagnostic services.
