On October 3, 2024, the Medical Analysis Department, Faculty of Applied Science at Tishk International University (TIU), formalized an academic partnership with the Cell Therapy Center at the University of Jordan. This collaboration, initiated under the leadership of Dr. Tola Faraj, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, encompasses advanced training, interactive workshops, and practical experimentation in molecular biology.
The engagement allowed staff members from TIU to gain exposure to state-of-the-art methodologies in cell therapy, utilizing the cutting-edge facilities of the Cell Therapy Center, including partnerships with RISC, Al Rayyan International Scientific Company, the Biotech Lab, and Al-Khora Company. The initiative aims to strengthen the research capabilities of both institutions, fostering knowledge exchange and mentorship in innovative molecular biology practices.
This partnership represents a strategic milestone for TIU, contributing to the establishment of a Molecular Biology Laboratory and advancing the institution’s capacity for groundbreaking research and academic development in medical analysis and therapy.
