The Medical Analysis Department proudly hosted the first session of the Fulbright ACAG Training Course on August 26, 2024. This significant event was made possible through a substantial grant awarded to the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences/the Head of the Medical Analysis Department, Dr. Tola Faraj. The session aimed to engage students from Rona School in discussions centered around the future of education and skills development, fostering a bridge between academic knowledge and healthcare.

Dr. Tola Faraj, alongside the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Prof. Faiq Hussain, delivered an inspiring welcome speech that emphasized on the transformative power of education and the importance of interdisciplinary training courses like ACAG in preparing students for the challenges of the modern world.

The first speaker was Assistant Professor Dr. Kenan Kapukaya, who captivated the audience with his presentation titled “Beyond the Classroom: Building Lifelong Skills.” Dr. Kenan mentioned the significance of acquiring skills that extend beyond traditional academic curricula, highlighting the crucial role of lifelong learning and personal development.

Dr. Hemin Ibrahim, a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, took the stage as the second speaker to deliver a thought-provoking presentation on “From Homework Help to Personalized Learning: AI’s Role in Reshaping Your Education.” Dr. Hemin explored the transformative capabilities of artificial intelligence in the educational landscape, illustrating how AI can enhance personalized learning experiences and provide support to students. His insights sparked engaging discussions among the audience.
