The Medical Analysis Department at Tishk International University is proud to announce an upcoming international workshop titled “Innovative Approaches in Natural Products Chemistry Research for Advanced Therapies,” scheduled to take place on February 11, 2025. The workshop will bring together researchers, academics, and students to discuss the latest advancements in the field of natural products chemistry and its pivotal role in developing novel therapeutic strategies.
The event will feature four esteemed speakers, each a leading expert in their respective fields. Two distinguished speakers hailing from Italy — Prof. Dr. Giovanni Pierangelo Vidari from the University of Pavia and Dr. Clizia Ranghino from the University of Eastern Piedmont— will share their cutting-edge research and innovative methodologies in natural product chemistry. Joining them will be Prof. Dr. Mahmoud A. Al-Qudah from the Yarmouk University in Jordan, who will discuss the potential of natural compounds in drug discovery. Lastly, local expert Dr. Pawan Faris Dizaye will present insights on the applications of natural products in therapeutic developments.
