The presenter, Dr Karash, has a strong-long time research experience in proteogenomics and microelectrode array and microfluidics technologies at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA. The earlier MSc research life was in Dr Young Min Kwon lab at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA; and this has involved molecular genetic characterisation of population. Then he has introduced to Dr Jesse Bloom lab at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle, WA, USA; with an insight into the Molecular evolution of influenza virus. The PhD vital work has been carried out by Drs Yanbin Li and Young Min Kwon labs at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA.
University staff from different Departments, including Medical Analysis, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Biology Education, have attended the seminar and contributed actively to the discussion after the seminar.
