The Medical Analysis Department at Tishk International University recently hosted the second session of the Fulbright ACAG Training Course on 28th of August 2024, aimed at enhancing the educational experience of Shahan School students. The training course, designed to foster personal development and lifelong learning, featured two esteemed speakers who shared their insights and expertise with the young audience.

The session opened with a presentation by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kenan Kapukaya, who emphasized the significance of skills that extend beyond academic knowledge. In his talk, he highlighted the importance of lifelong learning and personal development, encouraging students to cultivate skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

Following Dr. Kenan, Dr. Surajo Sulaiman, the Head of the Physiotherapy Department, addressed the critical topic of healthy studying habits. His presentation centered on the relationship between physical well-being and academic performance, specifically focusing on balancing books and body posture. Dr. Surajo emphasized the importance of maintaining good posture while studying and how poor posture can have long-term health implications for students. He provided practical tips for students to adopt healthier positions at their desks, aiming to promote a sustainable approach to studying.
