Tishk International University has held 3rd International Spring Festival of Language, Culture, and Science on April 25, 2018, with the participant of general consulates, representatives of the ministry of higher educations and all students of Tishk International University.
The Festival had scientific stands from 20 academic departments. There was a Kurdish song by students with folklore. Kurdish and kobary dance by the Ashurian students were also performed in the festival. The tent stands of the festival were from the following countries and cultures: France, Egypt, Germany, Japan, Turkey, South Korea, India, United Arab Emirates, Russia, United Kingdom, America, Arabs, Kurds, Turkmen, and Assyrians.
Using their tents, all participants had had the chance to get information of 23 different cultures of the world and met their languages, food, clothes and their country values. The festival had prominent guests; Dr. Jamal Kamal Supervisor of Private Universities in Kurdistan, Mr. Ghafoor Khoshnaw CEO of Khoshnaw Group, Furthermore, the festival hosted, general consulates in Erbil such as Philistine, Romania, Jordan, Kuwait, Japan, India, UK.
