Abstract
These days, many of us frequently use Websites to access information, Check news, browse, and others. This paper will describe Charity MS’s core functionality, starting from browsing the projects on our website, to the donation process and managing all this process in the admin part. Charity Management systems, such as DonorsChoose, GlobalGiving, or CrowdFunder, enable donors to financially support NGOs in need. In a typical scenario, after an NGO submits a request specifying her need, donors contribute financially to help raise the target amount within a pre-specified timeframe. While the goal of this platform is to that allow NGOs to find donors easily that allows them to donate in a more effective and efficient way. Biased donation trends might exacerbate the unfair distribution of resources to those in need. In order to build a Website commonly use a combination of server-side script (PHP) and client-side script (HTML, JavaScript, etc.). The NGOs will add the ‘project’ to the system. And donors will enable to see this project and donate to them via Fastpay.

A lot more may be done with an application, such as making your payment on the website or contacting the management if a problem arises. In general, the application may greatly simplify our life. This project will help us to manage our residents via a web system. It includes many options for the user and each user has their functionalities different from each other.

Abstract
The online shopping system that permits a customer to submit online orders for the item from a store. The application will make users able to shop in (English) language. The aim of this to develop an online shop mobile application using open-source technologies Flutter (Framework), Dart (Programming Language), Firebase ( Database ) for clothes & accessories in Erbil where customers will be able to buy products online. The application provides two separate views: public view and admin view. The public view is meant for users and customers where they can view and order products. The admin view is meant for application managers who can manage products for customers.

Abstract
The zoo is a place for animal and it have many places in it for different types of animals, animals are divided into different places, there is three types of animals ((Birds, Wild Animals, Aquatic Animals). When people visit the zoo, they don’t know the place or where to go and they don’t have information about the animals and the places, by adding interactive map we will show them places and where the animals are. For this reason, we create an application (Erbil Zoo) for Android and IOS we used flutter and dart to creating it. In Erbil Zoo Application We showed (map and animal types and ticket prices and info about animals, etc.…) to the user. Essentially in Erbil Zoo application, we solved the destination for the places in the zoo, and to show the user the number and type of animals.

Abstract
According to the World Health Organization, the coronavirus also known as the COVID-19 pandemic, is causing a global health crisis and wearing a face mask is the greatest form of defense, especially in public places (WHO). The coronavirus pandemic prompted countries to impose a lockdown to prevent the infection from spreading. Most researchers suggest that when at work, school, university, malls, and any public location wearing face masks is the solution. The facemask detection system helps preventing the spread of covid-19. The dataset of this project will consist of two types of images, people with masks and people without masks. By using Python as a programming language that has the version of 3.7 and Tensor Flow as a deep learning framework the version of the Tensor Flow is v2 and for the chandrikadeb7 dataset is used. After training with chandrikadeb7 dataset the rate of accurate predictions at the end was 98.80% with 200 epochs number of training.

The need for ICU rooms is growing and searching up for rooms are becoming time-consuming and becoming a hindrance to getting the patient to the hospital and the most time leading to deteriorating patient’s condition by time arriving in a hospital putting the patient in danger condition, As the emergence of Covid-19 has led to more demand for people who need ICU rooms who are looking for ICU rooms, this problem has become more apparent. especially patients with need heavy monitoring, leading to the absence of enough ICU rooms and looking up and reservation of ICU rooms has been done in person or by mobile phone. Especially reservation of ICU rooms, which is time-consuming and takes too much looking up to find room. Our ICUMS is a web application developed to help both hospitals and users to find and reserve rooms more quickly. Essentially ICUMS web application solves this problem by showing all rooms made available by hospitals, users can search and lookup for rooms and reserves them, this leads to users to find room faster and more reservation and Hospitals can deal with the information’s they got optimize reservation system and making the reservation and looking up for ICU rooms more efficient for both patients and hospitals.

Abstract
The plate is that a license has been secured and usually bearing a registration number. For each car we buy, we must go and register for a plate number to put it on our car. Therefore, by that number which government gives you and the registration time, they put all your personal information inside, and whenever they search your plate, they get all information about you. The raw materials used to make license plates include sheets of aluminum, preprinted and colored reflective and adhesive sheeting, and paint. The aluminum blanks are usually precut to size by metal manufacturers and supplied in this form to correctional institutions.Automatic license plate recognition (LPR) plays an important role in numerous applications and several techniques have been proposed. Most of them worked under restricted conditions, such as fixed illumination, limited vehicle speed, designated routes, and stationary backgrounds. A few constraints as possible on the working environment are considered. The proposed LPR technique consists of two main modules: a license plate locating module and a license number identification module. The former is characterized by fuzzy disciplines attempts to extract license plates from an input image, while the latter conceptualized in terms of neural subjects aims to identify the number present in a license plate. Plate detection, sigmentation, and artificial nural networks were used to achieve the process of plate number detection. All the data were saved in database using SQL-Lite.

Abstract
Psychology is an academic and applied topic that includes the scientific analysis of mental and behavioral processes. Psychology often relates to the implementation of this information in different areas of human life, including the management of psychiatric disorders and the everyday functioning of people. There are a lot of psychology-related applications that already exist; however, these applications are not free to use, it requires you to pay to get the solution for the issue that you have. In some of them, a continuous connection to the internet is required, or it is not totally free. The primary aim of our project is to develop a new application for mobile psychology and make a free communication between psychologist and user. My Therapist is a fundamental mobile application that allows people to monitor their psychological state and solve issues like anxiety, stress and take the user to positive thinking.

This project explores the underlying processes in NICE Competitions Student Project Management and their convergence toward the project management system. In particular, the dynamic system of event management is outlined with examples in current events and festivals. The latest trends in project management and the influence of information technology have recently given rise to a system suitable for event management. This project is the first step towards the NICE Competitions project management system that integrates all elements of the planning and control of events. Events as large as the Sydney Olympics and as small as the Illawarra Folk Festival use the processes, language and to a degree, the software of Project Management.

After the COVID-19 the situation of people has become more difficult and it’s important for IT developers to take the lead and create solutions to make life easier. We choose to develop the Plasma Donation Application because during this time plasma is needed for COVID-19 treatment, people who have recovered from COVID-19 develop antibodies that are found in blood plasma, so the plasma from recovered people is used as one of COVID-19 treatments. Plasma Donation Application is a mobile application for android and IOS platforms, android studio with dart language and flutter SDK will help to create this application, Firebase will be used for database.
Plasma Donation Application is an online solution for people who need plasma or blood in a nearest or a local blood donation center and for people that would like to donate their plasma to find the nearest blood donation center location. If you need a plasma, you will search for your blood type for example B+ and it will show a list of names and personal information about B+ donors that would like to donate.

Abstract
With the growing use of computers and smartphones, the world is becoming more connected through the internet that comes with advantages and a growing risk of cybercrime. The world of computers has become infested with hackers and malware. To combat these risks IT organizations started issuing cybersecurity certifications to standardize the knowledge of cybersecurity professionals who in turn have to combat these cyber-security risks. With these certifications, cyber-security professionals can improve their knowledge and prove to their employers that they have the required knowledge for their jobs.
There a lot of different certifications that require a large investment of time and money to get them. It often confuses the cybersecurity professionals on which certification is worth the investment to get them. This research aims to make it easier to choose between two of the most famous certifications the CISSP and the CCIE by comparing them based on their cost, the time it takes to earn these certifications, the requirements to earn them, and their benefits after earning them. The research used interviews with three cybersecurity professionals and online materials to find information about the certifications.
It concluded that if professional is focused on network-security they should get the CCIE and if their focus is elsewhere or they focused on another field beside network security they should get the CISSP. In addition, CISSP takes less time to get than CCIE.

This project is a mini version of IOT with raspberry pi and Arduino UNO Self-Driving Car, the Webcam with High Resolution act as the main processor chip. The required details will be given by the camera raspberry pi analyzes and collects data(samples). Neural network and machine learning educated in Pi Algorithm that will contribute to road traffic identification. Accordingly, light and vehicle take turns. Besides the car overtakes these features with the right LED If an obstruction is met, signs. Artificial Intelligence’s development has acted as a catalyst in the world of technology. Things that were once only a figment of our imagination can now be realized. The birth of the self-driving car is an example of such a creation. Days have come when you can perform your work or even sleep in your automobile and yet get to your destination without ever touching the steering wheel or accelerator. This study provides a workable model of a self-driving car that can drive from one site to another, or on various sorts of tracks such as curved, straight, and straight followed by curved tracks. A webcam module is mounted on the car’s top, and the Raspberry Pi sends photographs from the outside world to the Convolutional Neural Network, which predicts one of the following paths. i.e. right, left, which is followed by sending a signal from the Arduino to the remote controlled car’s controller, which causes the car to travel in the desired direction without the need for human intervention.

Silo appointment application is the application where a user can schedule add and manage an appointment. This makes the work for farmers easier. Our main idea is to help out the farmers and their Truck loaders to be able to get in contact to receive and /or deliver the products at the right time. Since this idea has never been done before, not just in Kurdistan but in Iraq, we thought that this would help out both parties with the advantages of both sides.
The project will declare a way of providing the truck drivers to take an appointment in a very easy via mobile application and simple way without having to show up in person that way there will be no traffic, no streets with the truck drivers or with the traffic that caused by the truck drivers when they get their queue in the silos generally in the traditional way.
The main programming language used for this app consist of Flutter/Dart and Firebase as a data base to store the users’ data, flutter is the most up to date cross-platform programming language that revolves around mobiles of all sorts (apple, Samsung etc.) it supports both platforms and operating systems on phones there for its reusability and wide distribution. We tackle the silo appointment problem that the ones in need of help can fix farmers’ issues with just their phone no pc or computer needed to fix your appointment and to get started.

Day by day technology improves and moves forward in both software and hardware areas and everyone needs to keep track of it or will face problems dealing with it, at this rate of growing technology the company has little to no time to upgrade their systems to be able to keep up in the future. And therefore, our project aims to fully improve upon AlYassra company’s existing infrastructure by introducing new technologies to their network such as WLC devices that will help control all of the Access Points for the ease of use to tackle any issues that they might face if they want to expand their company, add Microsoft Server with a Domain and functionalities such as pushing updates to all the connected computers and add some simple security measures (IP management and restrictive protocols) to protect the network. These new upgrades will effectively improve the efficiency of the network, protect its data and reduce the cost of running the network on the long run.

In studies discuses of two different knowledge which is Social Distance and Detector but in the present study needs to understand completely as the issue that consume due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the whole world mocked and failed to control it so that it could spread easily, and due to a lack of means to prevent this, Social Distance Detector using Raspberry pi has a small device to inform social distances to reduce the spread of the virus. Besides that, the aim of our project is social distancing; its purpose is to stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus, to reduce the possibility of contact between infected people and other people who are not infected, to reduce the rate of transmission.
Furthermore, the result of methodology needs Hardware Components (Raspberry pi 4B 8GB Ram, Case, Camera, Buzzer, Ultrasonic Sensor (HC-SR04), Wire, Resistor, Breadboard, 3.5-inch touch screen). sensor start measures a distance, if the distance is less than 1.5 meters, the buzzer will start to alert you. And if the distance is more than 1.5 meters, the sensor will be keeping measure distance, and a camera still detection a human face.

In this paper, we design Tishk International University networks by using the Cisco packet tracer. This project relates network designs of TIU. With the wide growth of broadband technology, there is a need for networks in every university. This project has a lot of advantages and can make the university network a lot more efficient. With more research and experiments conducted, we decide to have 3 main network for TIU University. For each building we have one network. We use Star Topology to design our network because it is easy to connect new nodes or devices. The new nodes can be added easily without affecting rest of the network. Similarly components can also be removed easily. The project will help each user to save data secure by backup as all the files is stored on one server.
