We are proud to announce the successful conclusion of COPIT-2025, the 4th Conference of Projects on Information Technologies, organized by the Information Technology Department, Faculty of Applied Science at Tishk International University (TIU).

The conference featured 24 innovative graduation projects from senior IT students at Tishk International University, Koya University, and Erbil Polytechnic University. These projects addressed contemporary challenges in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, IoT, software engineering, and other related fields.

  • Poster Exhibition: The conference began with a poster exhibition, offering an engaging overview of the technological innovations on display.
  • Opening Speeches: The Dean of Applied Science Faculty and the Head of the IT Department delivered the official opening speech, officially commencing the event.
  • Project Presentations: Throughout the day, students presented their projects to academic staff, peers, and guests, showcasing the high caliber of talent among the participants.
  • Acknowledgments: Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to all student presenters, project supervisors, organizing committee members, and 15 student volunteers for their dedicated efforts.

Key Figures

The successful execution of COPIT-2025 was made possible through the leadership, guidance, and coordination of a distinguished team, including Prof. Dr. Faiq H. Hussain (Dean, Faculty of Applied Science), Mr. Savriddin Khalilov (Head of Information Technology Department), and Dr. Taha Basheer (Conference Co-Chair). We also extend our gratitude to our keynote speaker, Dr. Shahab Wahab, and the session chairs and organizing committee members for their invaluable contributions.

The event concluded with a group photo session to commemorate the collective spirit and success of all stakeholders involved.
