The orientation program for new coming students of IT department was held on November 07, 2019 between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM in the Tishk Internationa University, Education Building, Hall 301. First of all they played  the Adversting video of Tishk International University, to introduce the students to the university. Dr. Karzan Mohammed, the dean of the science faculty  then gave a brief introduction about the history of the faculty. It gives us pride to announce that IT Department  were awarded with the International Accreditation Certificates by  ZEvA “ the Central Evaluation and Accreditation Agency” without any conditions and for a period of five years. On 27 April 2019, the ICDL training courses in Mosul city were completed successfully. These courses were conducted in cooperation between the IT department at Tishk International University and CRC centers of IOM organization on both the left and right sides of Mosul. These IT courses aimed to raise the level of computer and technology literacy among returning IDPs. Finally, all the participant obtained participation certificates of learning these modules( MS Word, MS Excel, Computer essentials, and Online essentials).
