IT and Cybersecurity Departments under the Faculty of Applied Science at Tishk International University successfully hosted the Cybersecurity National Workshop. The event, sponsored by Fastlink, brought together students, faculty, and industry professionals to discuss cutting-edge cybersecurity practices.
The workshop held as two sessions on 15th May, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, focused on strengthening digital infrastructure across Kurdistan and Iraq. While primarily designed for Cybersecurity and IT students, university staff members also participated in the event.
This workshop served as a dynamic platform for connecting academia with industry, fostering dialogue, innovation, and partnerships to build a stronger digital future for our region.
