In line with our mission to bridge technology with societal development, the IT Department at Tishk International University has launched a scientific initiative that empowers public sector employees with artificial intelligence skills — helping both the community and laying the foundation for sustainable university-driven consultancy services.
📍 First Deployment: Mosul
On November 28, 2024, over 20 government employees from Mosul participated in a transformative AI training course, delivered by Dr. Taha Basheer and Mr. Mohammad Salim, in partnership with the Al-Tadhmun Organization for Development and Economic Growth.
This hands-on training provided practical applications of AI to enhance public service delivery, automate administrative tasks, and improve workplace productivity — all while being tailored to real-world needs of Iraq’s public institutions.
