Content:
The content of this project was a motivational and educational seminar. It helped students understand how to manage themselves before managing their time. The session was presented in Kurdish, Arabic, and English so that all students could understand.

Objective:
The objective was to motivate 12th-grade students and help them improve focus, confidence, study habits, and exam preparation.

Aim:
The aim was to help students become more prepared, less stressed, and more confident before their final examinations.

The role and contribution of each partner:
Dr. Taha Basheer: Served as the project leader. He guided the project, supervised planning and implementation, and helped students through motivational discussions.
Ms. Kanar Zirak: Worked as coordinator and organizer. She contacted and arranged with the school and helped prepare the seminar.
Project Team: Prepared the seminar materials and presentations in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. They also supported students during the question-and-answer session.
School Students: Participated actively, asked questions, shared their concerns, and benefited from the guidance.
