Welcome Party for 2nd-Stage Information Technology Students

On October 24th, 2024, the Department of Information Technology, Faculty of Applied Sciences at Tishk International University (TIU) warmly welcomed its 2nd-stage students with a memorable event held in Room 201 of the Main Building. At 11:00 A.M., students gathered with faculty and peers to celebrate the beginning of a new academic year, sharing a delicious cake and building connections that will carry them through this exciting journey.

The event set a positive tone for the year ahead, emphasizing a commitment to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 4: Quality Education. The university is dedicated to creating an empowering learning environment where students can reach their full potential and develop essential skills for future success.

Special guests Dr. Kenan, from the Faculty of Applied Science, and Mr. Savriddin, Head of the IT Department, shared inspiring insights. Dr. Kenan spoke passionately about the importance of education in career preparation and the value of strong, supportive relationships. He also highlighted SDG No. 17: Partnerships for the Goals, encouraging students to embrace unity and collaboration to make a meaningful impact and foster sustainable development.
