Dr. Tola Faraj, the Head of the Medical Analysis department at Tishk International University, recently visited Fanshawe Educational Institute in London, Canada to explore their teaching techniques, facilities, and campus offerings. During his visit, Dr. Tola had the opportunity to tour the campus, including the dormitory, student centre, gym, cafeteria, and the Fanshawe student union. He was impressed with the educational resources available to students and the care taken to meet their needs.

Fanshawe Educational Institute is known for its programs in a variety of fields, Fanshawe College is one of the leaders in the development of co-operative education at the college level in Canada with 70 co-op programs, more than any other college in Canada and it also offers over $5 million in available funds that students don’t need to pay back. Moreover, Fanshawe partners with over 60 institutions in over 10 countries to help students meet their academic goals.

As the Head of the Medical Analysis department, Dr. Tola is committed to staying up-to-date with the newest and most effective educational techniques, and his visit to Fanshawe was an excellent opportunity for him to see how the best practices in the field were carried out in other parts of the world. He was impressed with Fanshawe’s commitment to providing a high-quality education to its students and hopes that some of the strategies he observed will be implemented in Tishk International University’s program in the future.
