Food Fundraising for Kids with Cancer
The Medical Analysis Department, Faculty of Applied Sciences at Tishk International University organized a food fundraising event, with the aim of providing assistance to children who are afflicted with cancer.
Students from all stages of the department collaborated to create a diverse assortment of delectable culinary creations with the purpose of generating funds to support underprivileged children. This chance elicited a positive emotional response. The students engaged in interpersonal interactions, fostering a sense of self-esteem, hence potentially contributing to a modest enhancement in the well-being of others. These actions provide evidence that the act of assisting others extends beyond providing aid at times of crisis, but also comprises small, routine gestures that hold substantial influence on the lives of others.
