Scientific Visit to Erbil Polytechnic University
On November 23rd and 24th, 2022, the Department of Medical Analysis, Faculty of Applied Sciences at Tishk International University organised a scientific visit to the research centre at Erbil Polytechnic University. The visit aimed to introduce the different facilities provided in the research centre to the academics for research purposes. It also aimed to provide an overview of the devices and typical procedures performed in research.
The students engaged in different activities in the centre, including hands-on sessions for using the [Nanodrop Spectrophotometer], which relates to one of the courses (Molecular Biology Practical Course) students are currently studying. This trip provides the students with a better opportunity to connect with various academic sectors outside the university.
