Collaborative Health Education Initiative
On February 4, 2026, the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at Tishk International University organized a specialized Workshop for Cancer Day in collaboration with Fit20 gym. The workshop focused on shedding light on the prevention, diagnosis, genetics, and possible treatments for cancer, as well as raising awareness about the disease.
The event brought together four distinct medical perspectives to emphasize that the fight against cancer is a collaborative effort. The workshop was structured around four core scientific areas, each presented by experts to provide a comprehensive understanding of oncology, and was moderated by Assist. Prof. Dr. Jaafaru Sani.
