On January 22, 2025, first-grade students from the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at Tishk International University (TIU) conducted a scientific visit to Dlba Dairy Factory. The visit was supervised by the Head of the Department, Ms. Pary Ameer, and Assistant Lecturer, Ms. Amani Tahsin.

During the visit, students observed and analyzed the entire dairy production process, including milk collection, pasteurization, and packaging. Factory specialists provided in-depth explanations regarding quality assurance protocols, nutritional value preservation techniques, and the critical role of hygiene in dairy production.

This scientific visit offered students valuable insights into the real-world applications of their theoretical knowledge, enabling them to comprehend industry standards and the challenges of ensuring high-quality dairy products.
