A Scientific Visit to Dlba Dairy Factory by Nutrition and Dietetics Students

On January 22, 2025, the first-grade students of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department conducted a scientific visit to Dlba Dairy Factory as part of their academic curriculum. The visit was carried out under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Ms. Pary Ameer, and Assistant Lecturer, Ms. Amani Tahsin.

During the visit, students observed and analyzed the entire dairy production process, including milk collection, pasteurization, and packaging. Factory specialists provided in-depth explanations regarding quality assurance protocols, nutritional value preservation techniques, and the critical role of hygiene in dairy production.

This scientific visit offered students valuable insights into real-world applications of theoretical knowledge, enabling them to comprehend industry standards and the challenges of ensuring high-quality dairy products.
