On April 10, 2025, the Physiotherapy Department of the Faculty of Applied Science at Tishk International University hosted a national workshop titled “Get Moving for Better Health.” The event was organized to celebrate World Physical Activity (WPA) Day, which takes place annually on April 6.

The workshop’s main objective was to emphasize the importance of regular physical activity and to promote a more active lifestyle. The goal was to help prevent chronic conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.
