On 12 February 2026, the Department of Physiotherapy at Tishk International University proudly participated in the annual “Visit Your Future” program, an initiative designed to welcome high school students to the university and provide them with valuable insights into higher education opportunities and career pathways. The program serves as an important bridge between secondary and higher education, helping students make informed decisions about their future academic and professional journeys. As part of this initiative, a group of high school students from Erbil visited Tishk International University to explore various academic departments and gain a deeper understanding of university life. The program aims to introduce prospective students to different fields of study, assist them in identifying their interests and career aspirations, and motivate them to work toward achieving their educational goals. By experiencing the university environment firsthand, students are better equipped to make confident and informed decisions regarding their future studies.
The Department of Physiotherapy was delighted to welcome the visiting students and provide them with an informative tour of the department’s facilities. During the visit, students explored the physiotherapy laboratories, clinical training facilities, and educational resources available to physiotherapy students. They also had the opportunity to interact with academic staff and current students, allowing them to learn more about the profession, academic requirements, clinical training experiences, and career opportunities within the field of physiotherapy.
