The Physiotherapy Department at Tishk International University (TIU) proudly participated in the TIU Introduction Days 2026, held on 1–2 September 2026 at the Ramada Hotel in Erbil. The two-day event provided an engaging platform for prospective students and their families to explore the academic opportunities, educational environment, and diverse programs offered by Tishk International University.
Throughout the event, the Physiotherapy Department presented its academic program, curriculum, clinical education opportunities, teaching laboratories, physiotherapy clinic, research activities, and potential career pathways. Faculty representatives and students engaged directly with prospective students and their families, providing academic guidance, answering questions, and offering insights into the educational journey and professional opportunities within physiotherapy.
The department’s participation aimed not only to introduce prospective students to the field of physiotherapy but also to demonstrate the department’s commitment to evidence-based education, clinical competency, research, and professional development. Visitors had the opportunity to receive individualized information and academic counseling while learning more about the role of physiotherapists across healthcare settings and the growing scope of the profession.
TIU Introduction Days 2026 successfully brought together prospective students, families, faculty members, department representatives, and student ambassadors in an interactive academic environment. The Physiotherapy Department was pleased to contribute to this initiative and looks forward to welcoming a new generation of students to the Tishk International University Physiotherapy community in the upcoming academic year.
