Meaningful Community Project

On April 29, 2025, first-grade Physiotherapy students from Tishk International University’s Faculty of Applied Science initiated a comprehensive community project as part of their Interpersonal Dynamics and Character Building curriculum under the supervision of Dr. Kenan Kapukaya.

Fundraising Initiative

The students organized a successful on-campus food fundraising event that:

  • Generated significant funds to support orphanage children

  • Demonstrated exceptional teamwork and compassion

Thoughtful Preparation

Following the fundraiser, students carefully purchased:

  • Appropriate clothing for all age groups

  • Essential school supplies and learning resources

  • Hygiene products and daily necessities

  • Items specifically tailored to the orphanage’s needs

On May 22, 2025, the students personally:

  • Delivered all purchased items to the orphanage

  • Spent quality time playing with the children
