Tishk International University (TIU), Information Technology Department (IT), organized this project to help Shkodar High School improve its computer lab and technical environment. The project focused on checking, repairing, and installing software on school computers. It helped students, teachers, and staff use better and more reliable computers.

The content of this project is about computer maintenance. The team checked the school PCs, found hardware and software problems, repaired issues, installed needed programs, removed viruses, and updated systems.
Objective:
The objective was to make the school computers work properly, improve system performance, install needed software, and create a better learning environment.
Aim:
The aim was to support the school by giving technical help and improving the computer lab for education and administration.
The role and contribution of each partner:
Dr. Hala Najwan: Served as the project leader. She gave direction, supervised the team, and made sure the project objectives were completed.
Ms. Kanar Zirak: Worked as coordinator and technical arranger. She connected the school and the IT team, identified computer lab needs, and prepared tools and software.
School Administration: Supported the project by giving access to the computer labs and helping organize the work schedule.
Project Team / IT Support and Technicians: Checked, repaired, and maintained the PCs. They installed operating systems, drivers, software, removed viruses, and tested the computers.
Summary:
In summary, the project helped Shkodar High School by improving its computers. The PCs became more useful, faster, and more reliable for students, teachers, and staff.
