Aynda Institute Visit Tishk International University   A group of staff and students from Aynda Institute visited Tishk International University (TIU). The university warmly welcomed them and showed them around our labs, art and music club, and book laboratories. We explained our goal to provide a great education to our students. Dr. Hemin Ibrahim, Lecturer at the IT Department also spoke to them about programming and other subjects, explaining how these lessons would benefit them in their future careers. LWT-based perceptual Mapping

The human eye has a different evaluation for the same amount of noise even if that noise applied to the same image but in a different location, hence researchers created “Perceptual Masks” to simulate the human vision system behavior in perceived noise. A new low complexity perceptual model was explained in this seminar.
