International Workshop Held for Cybersecurity Students on Data Management
Sivan Haji2026-04-20T11:47:12+03:00The University recently hosted an International Workshop for Cybersecurity Students titled “Data in Our Work,” delivered by Ms. Roshna Omer Abdulrahman, Information Management Associate at the UNHCR Iraq, with the aim of deepening students’ applied understanding of data management within complex digital and humanitarian ecosystems. The session went beyond foundational concepts to examine how high-quality data underpins evidence-based decision-making at both strategic and operational levels, and how inefficiencies or inaccuracies in data pipelines can directly impact mission outcomes.
