ISO Visit to the Medical Analysis Department
On January 28th, the Medical Analysis Department, Faculty of Applied Sciences at Tishk International University (TIU) underwent the ISO Audit process for the ISO 21001:2018 Certificate by the Bureau Veritas Management System for Educational Organizations (EOMS). The Managing Director, Eng. Ahmed Chawshly, oversaw the audit process.
Bureau Veritas is a world leader in laboratory testing, inspection, and certification services, created in 1828. It operates in a variety of sectors and is ranked #1 in the 2023 S&P Global Rating (DJSI). Thanks to all of the department’s staff involved in the audit process, including Coordinator Mr. Soran Kayfi, ISO Representatives Mr. Tolaz Kadhim and Ms. Zahra Mohammad, and a special thanks to Ms. Rasha Kabani, Director of the Quality Management System (QMS) Unit at Tishk International University for her support and guidance.
The ISO 21001:2018 Certificate is a testament to the departments’ commitment to quality education management systems. The audit process provides an objective evaluation of organization’s educational management systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence.
By successfully completing the ISO Audit process, the Medical Analysis Department reaffirms its dedication to delivering quality education services to students. The achievement demonstrates their ongoing efforts to continuously improve their management systems, providing students with a learning environment that fosters growth and development.
